That’s exactly why we created The Black Rooster Labs Internship & Training Program, the official internship, training, and research division of JusB Solutions, sponsored by The Black Rooster Group—our Cybersecurity and OSINT Investigations division.

This US-based, remote, unpaid program is designed to develop top-tier talent in IT Support, Cybersecurity, and Web Development while offering an optional R&D Think Tank for interns who want to innovate and push boundaries.

Choose Your Path

Interns will select one of three specialized tracks based on their career goals:

• IT Support – Learn hardware troubleshooting, networking, and helpdesk operations.

• Cybersecurity & OSINT – Gain hands-on experience in ethical hacking, threat detection, risk mitigation, and compliance.

• Web Development – Master front-end and back-end development, UX/UI principles, and security best practices.

Optional: Research & Development (R&D) Think Tank

• Select interns will have the opportunity to join an R&D Think Tank where they can collaborate on cutting-edge projects.

• The first project will focus on developing an AI-friendly programming language to make AI more intuitive for non-programmers.

• Future projects will explore automation, cybersecurity tooling, and AI-driven innovations.

Program Details

• Dates: April 1 – June 30, 2025

• Location: Remote (US-Based)

• Compensation: Unpaid (Experience & Career Benefits)

• Limited Seats: Small, selective cohort for high-value learning

• Eligibility: Must be 18+, based in the United States, pass a background check, and sign an NDA & Non-Compete Agreement

Intern Expectations & Requirements

✔️ Complete structured training in at least one core track (IT, Cybersecurity, Web Development).

✔️ Pass a background check (especially for IT Support & Cybersecurity roles).

✔️ Sign an NDA & Non-Compete Agreement before beginning work.

✔️ Maintain confidentiality—you’ll have access to sensitive information. Any breach will result in immediate removal from the program and potential legal action in accordance with the NDA.

✔️ Actively participate in projects, follow mentor guidance, and uphold professional & ethical standards.

✔️ Performance evaluations will determine eligibility for advanced projects & potential roles at JusB Solutions.
